Ishara and Devinda have been inseparable since a surfing lesson gone wrong in Arugam Bay in 2022 — he was the instructor, she was the wave that knocked him over. They've spent every summer since chasing sunsets from Mirissa to Unawatuna, collecting sea glass and salty memories along every stretch of Sri Lanka's golden coast.
Their wedding at Ahungalla is their love story coming full circle — beginning and ending at the ocean's edge, where the Indian Ocean writes its own kind of vows in the shifting tides. Come celebrate with them as they say yes, barefoot on the sand.
